How is this OP maybe I misunderstood it but your using this against one card GA and is even more situational than purify and you're healing the enemy, I must be misunderstanding something.

WOW I really love this card !!! I've finally found the counter to those nasty fractal guardian angel decks, those have really been messing up my games lately Thank you very much. I really hope this gets implemented love the idea. Maybe you should consider lowering its cost to 2 (unupgraded) as this would make it easier to fractal

It may be situational but it is a VERY IMPORTANT situational card

It's too situational to be viable in much decks though, I can't see a deck where you'd use it.

why use a card that heals the opponent and costs a lot to use (when dark liquid costs same and lobos too, plus it heals opponent for less) and that is extremtly situational? Use lobo is heal bothers you.

It only costs 1 upgraded, making it fit perfectly into any rainbow deck.. Also you can use it as Otyugh fodder or even antimatter it to make it deal damage

Also.. liquid shadow can only be used once whereas Heal Blockmeister's ability can be reused every turn

Lobo does damage, costs only a little bit more and fixes ALL creatures abilities. This counter only angels/archangels.  I cannot see a use for this at all. (mentioned liquid darkness before since its darkness too. For rainbow, lobo is an obvious better choice)

Well seeing angel fractal is darknesses biggest counter, Having some of these in your deck allows you to deal with this problem without having to use different quanta other than
