NOTES:
I know it's similar to Reaper (i was inspired by it) and i know it's too long it's effect, for both i'm sorry, but i found this card's idea funny so i posted it

Enemy creature must be targettable (so no immortal or burrowed or whatever that cannot be targettable)

2 counters on it (so it begins as a 0/2),
so if it kill a 1/1 creatures Death will be 0/1 and still be on the field
if it kills a 4/4 Death will be 0/-2 so it will disappear
(this will reduces the amount of time this ability can be used, and it's balanced with the fact that it cannot attack NEVER the player, so it isn't affected by Nightfall or something else that can rise it's attack or it's hp)

Cards which kill ANY creature without regards to HP or status effects are frowned upon.

well.. it cannot kill immortal.. it must be a selectable creature (so i guess this will exclude even the burrowed ones)

Instant kill effects are generally overpowered, unless you give it some sort of weakness or limit.
To be or not to be, I can do both at once. Go learn quantum mechanics, n00b.

Updated the card, this restriction that "kills" the card itself is enought or need some other fixes?
(by the way.. death doesn't have attacking spell, so this is can be viewed as a sort of spell that attack only creatures (but it's on the field) and can be monitored by looking how much life still have.

Leaving play without dying might be difficult to program.

@ Zeru : maybe you have right  :)
i don't know how they structured the code but maybe when you discard card or when you use a spell the way the card leaves play is
different from the way a creature (that dies) leaves play (so maybe it's possible to use that state and refer to this card like it was a sort of
"unstable gas" but on the creature's field (or it can be changed and make it a spell like "unstable gas", i guess this would make everything
               easier to program :) ))
