IF you could target the opponents creatures, perms, pillars etc, it would indeed make this card WAY OP, due to the simple fact it counters almost everything, imagine this with a devourer deck, or any kind of denial deck, target their pends/pillars, EQ their only ones on the field remaining, and boom, guaranteed win.

Uh, what, I can not see how this is OP. It's more UP imo.

I thought it could target opponent cards too, that would be OP. You play dims, opponent plays a charger, you use this on his charger, poof no more charger for opponent anytime soon => easy win with your dims.

But since the author clarified that it does not target opponent stuff, then it is OK.

In answer to your point: It's nothing near a just in case card, this takes all the advantages of a small deck and large deck and smashes them together. For all intents and purposes, your deck is 6 cards smaller, at no higher risk of decking out. Not only that; if you feel as though you have sufficient pillars, throw them all to the bottom and your deck got smaller by a lot more than 6 cards.

Kinda stupid that doing that was guaranteed to improve your deck. I mean, it has literally no downsides.

So, hey, while it might not be some gigantic issue, it makes all pillars/all pends a bit usable.
