original idea, but i think it don't really fits into  :death. it's more like  :darkness in my opinion. and why  :entropy skill cost? lil' bit confusing...

EDIT: and what will happen if the targeted creature have less than 3 HP already? Would this card increase the HP to 3?

Machines and Technology are the realm of Gravity. The ability cost of entropy doesnt make sense either except for the random quanta, if youre going for energy that is Aether's bit. Could be improved thematically.

Voodoo dolls everywhere are running in terror at the very idea of this card.  It's fairly mean against gravity, too; I could see this as being a very nice counter to flying titans or massive dragons.  It definitely looks like a fun card, and it has synergy with quite a few other cards, like elite otyugh, skull shield, (% chance to work is based on hp of attacker) firestorm, maxwell's demon (for 4+ attack creatures with high hp) and really anything that deals damage to creatures, since such things are mostly useless against creatures with massive amounts of hp.  The card's effect is quite powerful, but it requires you to play at least a duo and it has at least the possibility of gifting your opponent with useful quanta.

If people wanted a nerf on this card, you could change it so that instead of gifting random quanta, it gave 2-3 quanta based on the creature's owner's mark instead, which would presumably be more useful than 5 random quanta in most cases.

I think the refund should be based on amount of HP reduced.
This is actually a very powerful ability since it can bring even the heaviest creature to its knees.
It will shred several deck strategies and it will essentially cripple the majority of gravity's strategies.
I think this warrants that the refunded quanta be scaled based on amount of hp reduced.

One question, is this reduction in the form of damage or does it cut max hp directly?
Whether the glass is half full or half empty is a moot point. It is always filled to the brim. It is only a matter of by what. The real question is: What fills you?
