Hm... situational quanta generators (like Soul Catchers) are usually hard to put into a deck because of the comparable cost in card space...For example, most Cremation decks have 6 Cremations and 6 Cremation-fodders solely to draw a 1-to-1 combo. In a Raging Voodoo deck, you either have to over-produce and hope you draw a Bleeding early, before the "quanta accumulation surplus", or under-produce and keep the cards which Bleeding should power in your hand before you draw Bleeding. In addition, in the case of Bleeding (sacrificing creature health is not repeatable without an Angel), you even need to keep in your hand the cards that power Bleeding (in this case, you can't wantonly use Rage Elixirs until you draw a Bleeding).
