Fortune: "Today everything just seems to fall apart. Chaos and unpredictability can be your greatest asset, confounding and overwhelming your enemies, but beware lest your own machinations become your undoing"

This card is meant as  a counter to quanta manipulation effects.
While it is in play, it will have an internal counter that will increase by some amount whenever a point of quanta is scrambled, absorbed, or changed to a different type. The unupped will increase by 3, but only when :entropy is affected. The upped will increase by 1 when any of your quanta are affected.
When it detonates it will deal damage based on this counter as if a creature with corresponding hitpoints were flung by a catapult (this will help balance out very large counter values due to multiple blackhole or scramble events to mitigate OTK potential)
The damage is dealt to the owner's opponent, so it can be stolen successfully.
If it is destroyed before detonating it dies harmlessly.

There should be several obvious immediate uses:
Countering blackhole, scramble, and devourer, or enhancing dissipation shield and to a small extent flooding or any similar quanta absorbing cards.
Since miracle and fractal "consume" remaining quanta they don't count.
Built in invisibility should make this a highly effective trap type card.

Any balance or mechanic modification suggestions are welcome.

I can barely think of any situation were this is not OP. Did you think of the effect it has with dissipation field? Or black hole. Or discord?

this card is too poweful for denial decks. and they are powerful enough already. I do not think those types of decks need to be buffed further

The thing about denial decks is that they don't do a lot of dammage because they are busy keeping the opponent of balance. With 6 of these, they would deal major dammage for very litle quanta.

So, switching back to that idea, what if this card only counted when quanta in its owner's pool was modified?

For name, drop "Quantum" or "Entropy."  I personally suggest dropping the latter, but in any case, it is unnecessary to have both in the name.

New version up. Changed names to read Entropy Bomb  for unupped and Quantum Bomb for upped. The effect now only counts quanta lost from owner's pool. Either  :entropy only for unupped or any quanta for upped.

The Thread Title still needs to be changed accordingly.

Then it's UP, since it depends on your opponent running Discord, Black Hole, or Devourer or forcing you to use Dissipation Shield [Field].  Also, I think the upped is weaker than the unupped since it has less time to wait for scrambling.  And PC isn't an issue since they are invisible.

One way to fix it could be doing an innate scramble effect, so that you are guaranteed some damage.
