Yeah, but those are represented by a lone object.  The Icy Floe|Glacial Floe is an event of sorts as opposed to something that could be simplified to a single creature and seems more of a permanent-esque thing.
Hmm, I guess you could say so.
Probably the only thing is that either as a permanent it will be too OP or UP. A creature is the best way, as it can still be targeted by lightning, thunderstorm, shockwave, etc.

One way I could see it is by making the creature Iceberg|Glacier or something to that effect and give it the ability Floe, as to keep the same effect and stats.

That could be a possibility, but Floe as an ability just seems . . . . redundant? Thanks for your feedback anyway.

interesting. You could do this as a permanent and make it a terrain effect. I did a series or the start of one where you had permanents that represented wilderness areas and buildings, this could be a wilderness. Each one affected the next creature to attack, like a shield that only blocks one creature, but each one was good at countering certain types of creatures.
