for the sake of all :water card that can frost!   

second ability in upgraded card will activate whenever a creature or weapon is out of frozen, destroyed or out of the field while frozen.  but first ability will trigered each turn like a pillar (if it have a frozen creature on the field)

and about this card name...   it's only because snowflake don't fit this 'frost' thing  :P

I think he was trying to help you with the text. If it include both creatures and permanents it should say:
"Each turn :water is generated for each frozen card."
"When a card unfreezes, :water :water is produced."

If it was indeed intended to trigger off every unfreezing then I must have misunderstood it. That seems kinda broken with squids though.
