NOTES: [/color][/b] this is to get the Hurricane creatures out. they are rather weak if left the way they are, so i had to think of a way to generate them without making them too op, so i put a generate limit on them with this card.

It says it only generates one, so my guess is it's random.

for the upped one, it generates both. if its unupped, random.
