Take out the player clause, if only to nuke everything on the playing field upon target.

I should add in one after any. It's meant to work like this: When targeted, deal 7 damage to anything, and then resolve the opponent's effect.

Time/Aether represents physical space. When targeted this creature rewinds time (time), strikes first, and can strike anywhere (aether). It can manipulate time and space.
