| NOTES: | This card is an idea I came up with that I thought would be an interesting card to add to the game. I would like input on whether or not water seems the best element for this function of quanta reversal.
Clarifications:
1. Pillars or pendulums of one element absorb just one quanta of their type. Pendulums absorb only quanta of their type, not you mark's. Each pillar or pendulum in a stack takes one quanta, not one quanta per stack.
2. Quanta pillars take in three random quanta from your quanta pool.
3. If a pillar or pendulum tries to take quanta but there is not enough there, it does not take in any quanta.
