Unless it steals when not Airborne, the text is slightly redundant.
Example (H&M already played):
Turn 1 - Use ability, become Airborne, steal a card, end turn. Airborne duration left goes down to 1.
Enemy takes its turn.
Turn 2 - H&M is Airborne, does not steal a card. End turn. Airborne duration ends.
Enemy takes its turn.
Turn 3 - H&M is not Airborne, and doesn't steal a card.
The text of 'every other turn' is not needed because the stealing will only happen once during the duration; it's too short for there to be an 'every other' phrase.
You could make it happen every other turn, by constantly reactivating the ability, but that's something else.
