Look at unstable gas which cost 6 for 20 damage the same as upped hot potato so I think the cost is balanced.For the freeze/congeal I think it should still work because it could be combined with this card to ensure a burn on your opponent but since it is a HOT potato maybe it shouldn't, I'll have to think it over
difference here is that UG doesn't have the chance to blow up on yourself (I suppose it could get stolen... but...), AND it can kill creaturesthe freeze heal thing is that, if you try to freeze it, it won't freeze, and instead cool down enough to be eaten...I still say this costs wayy too much...
