200HP means it's against the AI, who rarely keeps a reflective shield up (except maybe Jade). Even so, these shields are rare in FG decks and Arena.
Another benefit is that this doesn't need 8 cards to bypass Bonewall, Gravity Pull, and Dissipation Shield. This means that it can draw through the entire deck in 100% of its non-autoquit (reflective) games.
Last but not least, the quanta. It takes 11

. That means that you could just as well use the quanta build of Instosis without any problems, or even replace some time towers with more hourglasses. (You could also take out some time towers for gravity/aether towers to make the quanta more "balanced".)
