Yes. There should be "generic" Heroes as well. Either it would cost more or be weaker than other Heroes.

80 to 100 quantums sounds about right to me, if you want to make it the same strength as the other heroes.  Cards like cremation and supernova make these crazy costs attainable.  If you want to make it really OP, you could give it double devour.

Nah, we'll send them an email asking for permission. Batman has been in many games before so it's not a big deal.
