What does "up to four cards" mean? Do you draw randomly 1-4 cards, or does it fill your hand up to 4 cards?

I should've noted that.  Always four cards unless they won't fit.

think its overpowered in upgraded pvp, 3-4 of them are more or less an instant win, at least manacost should be higher or just "draw 4/5 cards and destroy ...", cause hardly any deck has more than 30 cards, if you go first opponent starts with 22, and has to kill you in 8 turns (if you have shards/shields/ SUNDIALS its pretty impossible) and you just need 3 times this card and 15 time quanta.

OVERPOWERED!

you nuke your permanents so this card is almost useless unless you desperatly need it and you have no permanents

It's a... somewhat bizarre card, now that I look at it.

A dangerous example of using this card is if a player has a couple of hourglasses on the field, but has very little pillars to gain quanta for his creatures (or other permanents/shield/weapon). In case they use it on themselves, they'll get quite a few cards into play, ASSUMING their hand isn't nearly filled. If it is filled, then using this card would be extremely detrimental, as the potential for drawing future cards is gone (hourglasses are destroyed), while they would draw very few cards to fill their hand (and if none of them are pillars or other playable cards, they have to discard anyway).

It's a fun spell, nonetheless... aside from you forgetting the 'Spell' icon on the bottom right of the screen, it's a beautiful picture. Mono-time would benefit (and also fall apart) from using this, but since I can't test it, I have no idea how effective it will be in decks with and/or without a plethora of important permanents (Shards, Hourglasses, Environment effects (Eclipse/Flooding/Bond), etc.).

i like the idea, make a deck that can win by decking out your oppo is a good idea, but the card itself, is really overpowered, 6 of this upped can deck a 37 card deck really quick if lucky

i will go for either reduce the cards drawwn to 2 unupped 3 upped (and maybe still op) or 4 cards and, it always destroy all your permanents when u use it, no matter who u target
also another way of balancing is that it cant be casted unless u hav at least 1 perm to destoy with it

anyway i like the idea kev =D

This could inspire some interesting strategys i like it. Destroying all your other perms would mean all the shards, hourglasses, and bonds would be wrecked so it forces you to play wisely I would increase it to maybe 6 or 7  :time to play

Isn't this basically Clock of Ages only with a cheaper cost, half the cards drawn (one of the suggested nerfs for Clock of ages was to reduce from 8 to 4 cards drawn) and with a novel backlash.

I do like the idea that a card might destroy a perminant though: perhaps you sacrifice 1 perminant to play it? That way it could only be used if you have a perminant in play you can spare?

I like this card, the idea of making the opponent run out of cards to play is exactly what I think time should do.

Are enemies forced to draw 4 cards (and discard them) or are they only drawing until their hand is full?
