That is not a deck idea.

Anyway, the wording needs some cleaning:

"Remove all debuffs from all creatures. :light creatures get +1 | +1."

After that, list everything that counts as a debuff, please.

This couldn't counter pandemonium because the reverse time, hits big enough to kill etc would already have happened and there wouldn't be creatures to be targeted by this, other than frozen and poisoned.
I imagine you would allow this to fully heal creatures though so it would still be effective against many things. For example it could combo quite well with liquid shadow, rage potion or Acceleration. I like it, the theme is nice and I think the costing is fair. I already want to build a charger acceleration deck, and an Angel liquid shadow deck. Fun, balanced concept I reckon IF it fully heals. A side effect of removing cloak could work too.

Would this Fully Heal is the main question? If it is only usable as a situational counter then it won't get much use, because every game you draw it and the opponent doesn't have plague, freeze etc, it is a waste of a card.

I am very open for ideas. I have thought of Reverse Time and Lobo sadly I don't plan on fixing that problem.

Since Harmony is more of a field spell with support and since it only supports Light, I guess some healing and temporary CC protection on all creatures is nice. I'm not sure how long the CC protection will last but I have time to think about it. I won't be back for a while.

Compare its + 1 | + 1 to Nightfall. This just has the added effect of healing damage, removing poison, etc.

This card is more suited to :life than :light.

:life is a wide element, meaning it plays many small cards.
:light is a tall element, meaning it plays a few powerful cards.

AoE effects and stuff like this tend to go in wide elements.

If this is a full heal + remove bad statuses, I can see more uses to this. It would be much easier to implement it that way, since the game doesn't keep track of what exactly was done to each creature.

It doesn't necessarily have to be a full heal though. Could be 'heal up to 3 HP' or so

I agree that Light is too... tall for this card. Life is better suited towards it. Light tends to protect and buff a few very powerful creatures, examples are Crusader, Guardian Angel, Golden Dragon, Blessing. Life is more oriented towards field spam and many weaker creatures, examples are Empathic Bond, Mitosis, Horned Frog. Besides, this in element with RoL/Hope is about as OP as SoP.
There is a darkness inside every person. The only difference is how long it takes to come out.
