Here is my alternative suggestion for a rare-time card:
http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,3573.0.htmlInstead of posting the idea itself here, I thought I'd have to courtesy to put it in it's own topic.
Finally, sorry for the topic hijack Scyther, but I think Time has enough 'rewind' ability as it is with Flying Eternities.
Card Advantage: The number of cards you draw each turn - the number of cards your opponent draws each turn.
A card advantage of +1 per Hourglass in play, +1 per sundial, and +1 per Precognition, and the ability to reduce your opponents card advantage by -1 per Rewind and -1 for an Eternity, gives Time an average card advantage of +5 to your opponent.
Just to point out:
6 Rewind Times
6 Precognitions
6 Sundials
6 Hourglasses
6 Eternities
This will give you a total card advantage of ridiculous portions. Your opponent will never really get a new card into play, and you can whiz through your deck very quickly, getting everything on the table as soon as possible. You also stop yourself from decking out.
So, Time is already riddled with cards, effects, and abilities which can drastically alter the Card Advantage of a given game, albeit on the short term (Rewind, Precognition and Sundial) or on the long term (Eternity and Hourglasses)... I think Time will become far too strong if it is given more abilities such as rewind.
Simply put, by effectively stopping your opponent from drawing any new cards (by rewinding, and forcing him to play/not play the same card over and over again) is a very dangerous and effective aspect of any card game. It is simply put, overpowered. But I do like your ideas scyther.

Flying Eternities already do what this does, and for a good reason: Eternities are Rare. They require a secondary card to have more than 1 in play (Animate Weapon). This secondary card must be upgraded for it to work in a mono deck.
There, said my piece
