Okay, so let me provide it with some further details. Here we go.

Effect: You and your opponent are dealt 8 damage for each creature you summon (creatures stay intact, dmg is directly aimed at the players).
What is it really for? The idea behind this card is to prevent spamming of creatures at will. Every step will have to be double-checked, so it is really profitable for you to summon another monster. I believe it would be even better if this card could affect only the opponent, not the player, but well, it's all to be figured out.
2.
Name:
MergeType:
SpellElement:
Cost:
Effect: All of the opponent's creatures on the battlefield are merged into one creature whose attack is the sum of all the creatures' attacks, hp is the sum of all the hp, yet halved and skill is a random one.
What is it really for? I want this card to be found useful at situations such as when having tons of creatures on the opponent's side and you can't affect them all with your spell. If so, you merge them into one monster and voila! - you for instancce have just used poison spell at them all at once. Possibilities are surely numerable. And yes - you could use it on both yours and your opponent's critters.
To be continued...I gotta go.
