This card can be a permanent but i preferred a creature due to the possibility to limit the amount of Zombies created and it's another way to let a unit die to activate the death triggers.
This card enables :death to produce its own dying units who activate death triggers. It's more reliable than plague and more effective than virus (that's why it costs more).

I feel this is stepping on Graveyard's niche a bit too much. In several ways it seems strictly better.

Not sure if OP though.

That would require a 3 element combo for 24/32 momentumed damage, assuming you have 1 zombie on the field and 7 empty hand spaces.
You might as well fractal sparks and combine them with an armagio for only two elements, more damage, and more hp on your Chimera.

The card seems a little strong for its low cost of 3 :death. It creates a reliable source of damage and fuels bone walls and graveyards. 4 :death seems more balanced imo.

1. (graveyard) I'm not sure what you mean. This card's purpose is to produce dying units and graveyard's purpose is to utilize dying units. Yes, both produce cheap units which can be sacrificed etc. but in two different situations. Does it regard to your concern?

@Raptor6789/Absol:
1. (fractal/chimera) Yes, you'll need way to much to abuse the cheapness of the Rotting Zombie. I think that's not a problem for this card, thanks.

@Quantumage:
1. (cost) I wasn't sure about that either. So i made this calculation: After three turns (!) you spent 5 quanta and gained two Zombies (you'll never have more than that usually), with a combined attack of 6, i think it's fine. I'll change it in case more people prefer its cost to be 4 :death.
