NOTES:
Whereas normally you are limited to having 8 cards in your hand, this can change that, providing excellent synergy with Fractal and allowing for combos with many cards.

The upgraded version serves instead as card denial. If your opponent has a full hand after you use Hand Decrease, then he will not draw on his next turn. If your opponent's hand is full before you use it, he will discard the first card in his hand (and not draw).

good idea but slightly under costed it needs to be raised in my opinion, also why dont ou also have the extra affect on the first one "draw to maximum hand size if you have a time mark"

That would work for another card, but not this one.

As for the cost, it does only work once, hence the low cost. I suppose it could be raised.

If you play Increase, and then your opponent plays Decrease, is your maximum hand size now seven, or eight?
This thing seemed dead inside. It seemed like an automaton, trying to act like as if it was alive. The effect was unsettling.

I would guess seven, since according to card text it sets the limit at those amounts instead of being a +1 or -1, which is why using two increases or two decreases in a row makes no difference to using one.

The targetetted hand are differents. The first modify your hand size, the second your opponent's one. I think that the effect of the fist card wouldn't be losed if you play both the version of the card. Otherwise, I would suggest that  :D

This would probably be better if it stacked (+1|-1 hand size). As a spell the maximum number your opponent can face is 6|12 (FG/Arena). You can face more if your opponent has a mindgate. FG/Arena would be a problem for this variant so a maximum (12)|minimum(4) would be wise.

I am not sure if this card has enough synergies yet. Can you name 3 distinct usages?

It would be good with Instosis-like decks where you need 8 cards to launch the combo. It's a pain to build the right hand.
Also, it's cool with fractal.
And it can force the opponent to discard some gotp, or just gain one draw like nightmare does.

I'd prefer it to be +1|-1 too, and far less expensive. Like 1 would be enough.

Make it stackable but also capped. Like the minimum number of cards you can have is 5 and the maximum 10.

I feel that stacking would not be overpowered provided there was also a cap. I do not think it would be too much to have 4-12 as the hand size. 2-14 might work too. However it should not stack indefinitely in arena decks for 2 reasons. It is not realistic for the GUI to be coded to handle a hand size of 100 nor is it reasonable to let arena decks reduce the hand size to 0.
