A graboid. Nothing more.
I beg to differ.
If it was a simple water-version of graboid...it would cost 3 , be burrowed when entering play, and cost 1 to evolve. Yes, this card is similar to Graboid. However, the statement "A graboid. Nothing more" is greatly incorrect.
Meh, so if i make a card that does 3 damage to every enemy creature only if it is the first/second card you play in your turn it is not a Rain of Fire, it is different?
This is too similar to Graboid, this is a Water/Aether Graboid.
Now you're just grasping at straws to make my card look unoriginal.
Using your silly example, this card is to graboid as Rain of Fire is to Plague. Share a mechanic? Yes. Very similar card with different elements? No.
This card, for example, can be shot down by a mere Thunderstorm, while Graboid is untouchable. Graboid does 2 damage, this does 1. In fact, against Fire Shield, Graboid survives a full 3 turns (if for some reason you don't evolve it). Guppy also takes more quanta to use its ability. If anything, I'd say the biggest similarity between the two is what the evolve into - Electric Eel is a little too similar to Shrieker, but even there, it's a stretch.
