So you say:
1. If i put it ability cost, it will be a more balaced card
2. Even if the ability has a cost, the card cost have to keep the same?

I would either give it an ability cost of  :death or increase the casting cost by 1|1 :death.

Could you please explain:
1) Why you prefer "Kill a creature with 3 HP or less" to "deal 3 damage to the target creature"?
They have almost the same effect. The only difference is that the second wording affects but does not kill creatures with more than 3hp.
2) Why you included "Skeletons and Elite Skeletons are not affected."?
1) Is more for killing wounded creatures, like poisoning them and when they reach 3HP kill em, and, its a brend new ability, making it more how to say it, cheap, for begginers, because they don't have so much electrum coins as the pros.

2) According to science, a skeleton is not alive, in that case you will only overkill it (is that ok? i speak spanish). There can be too, a new passive ability created by Zanzarino, making a creature "undead", can't be killed with sudden kill effects like this, or some effect that has "kill" in it's name, though shockwave for example can kill 'em 'cause it says "inflicts damage".

Looks good now.
I understand your explanations and they do make sense.

A card that is formatted correctly and is not stealing art then should be linked in this thread "Link Crucible Candidates Here!" (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,16154.0.html)

not stealing art means you have the owners permission to use the art, you either need to contact the owner of the art or prove that the art is from a public domain website

I like the card idea, but being able to kill a creature with 3 HP or less doesn't really benefit Death all that much.. It can power some of the cards with abilities that activate when a creature dies but your opponent can easily avoid this ability with all the buff cards out there.
The art is really good though o-o

the cards is better now, but it still doesn't help that much for death. i just don't like the card in general. rework it some more. the feel isn't there yet

But... theres a lot of votes of "overpowered" and your saying its underpowered... I don't really get it.
But you know what? I think I know what to do...

After Change: Yeah Yeah I know that I changed it drasticaly, but now, it will be a powerfull adition to creature poisoning deck...

NOTE: You knew you can change your vote right? or posting why does the card seem to you to be what you choosed?

2nd NOTE: We humans are to much infuenced by other people, that's why I have just reset the voting, when you see that "overpowered" is winning you almost don't look at the card, you just say: "Yeah they're right... *overpowered*". So I invite you to vote again analizing the card please, and if you're still thinking its overpowered than post the reason of why it's overpowered, you can always change your vote.
