quite honnestly, i don't like this card. this would effect way too many strategies, especially spawn strategies (FFQ, pharaoh spawn) and destroys life rush if combo'd up with soul catcher. when upped, it litterally does firestorm without the damage. like solar tide from MTG (in the "moons of mirrodin" set). quite OP in my oppinion.

:air :air: Snipe: deal 3 damages to the target creature is worth +3 :air when on Owl's Eye.
:death :death: Snipe: deal 3 damage to the target creature would be worth ~+2 :death when on a Death creature

The cost of a creature is ~ Attack + HP Value + Skill Value - Upgrade bonus
4 (attack) +0 (0<HP<6) +2 ( :death :death:Snipe) -[1-2] (upgrade bonus when upgraded)
Total: 6 :death|5 :death

Death already has mass CC so having the upgraded be a cheaper version of the unupped is preferable.

"Skeletons nor Elite Skeletons are not affected."

If I am not mistaking, this literally means they are affected. It's either "Skeletons nor Elite Skeletons are affected" or "Skeletons and Elite Skeletons are not affected".

As for the cards, the unupgraded version is underpowered in my opinion, while the upgraded one is overpowered. Way to big a differece between those two.

Not liking it. It does provide a powerful end game ability for death but I'm not sure they need it, and I'm sure there is a more creative way to do so.

I would either give it an ability cost of  :death or increase the casting cost by 1|1 :death.

Could you please explain:
1) Why you prefer "Kill a creature with 3 HP or less" to "deal 3 damage to the target creature"?
They have almost the same effect. The only difference is that the second wording affects but does not kill creatures with more than 3hp.
2) Why you included "Skeletons and Elite Skeletons are not affected."?

>_> google isn't a royalty free source.  Not to mention you are missing the whole bottom half of your table.

Don't mind the card.  Feel that maybe it could go down to 2 hp kill though.  lower the price if you do.
