Sounds quite interesting and similar to your cell idea. It's definitely quite powerful. 9 lives make it probably much sturdier than phoenix, so you basically have an undying 3 attacker for only 2 .

The unupped one is a very good immo fodder for ImmoCatcher. And that deck is a hell of fun. Still worse than photon and spark for normal immorush, though.

reminds me of ghoul, with its purpose being to give death a re-killable creature, that idea didnt get out of level 1, so good luck.

I think 3 attk for the upped is to much, It would be a good combination with fractal and mass CC won't matter
