ART: Teekatas http://www.veryicon.com/icons/cartoon/legendora/folder-doc-4.html IDEA: karis NOTES: Yes, this card is a weapon card that don't have attack power. it ability(passsive that can't be lobotomize) is to copy the lastest spell used by anyone.   the spell that copied can only use once and can be replace with other spell. example:  your opponent use  'immolation',    your Index ability will be 'immolation'   but you don't want to use it to your precious creature   so you cast 'rewind' and your Index 'immolation' turn into 'rewind' SERIES:

...I actually like this a lot. This is really, really cool. 2 things though.

1. I feel this would be more appropriate as a permanent, not a weapon. Strictly speaking, it isn't a weapon, as it does not have an attack power.
2. I think "Index" as the upgraded name is a bit...Weird. It's both bland and less cool than the unupgraded name

I like this card very much! The ability is interesting and it appears to be fairly balanced, since the opponent's spells also affect it. The name may need some refining. I would like this card to be a true permanent rather than a weapon, since it really doesn't have an attack power, and I don't think that it would be in keeping with its ability to have it have an attack power right now (with its current names). However, if the name were changed...

A possible name of for the upped could be 'Historians Rune' or some other reference to a record of the past. Awesome idea to have repeatable spells, although I have a question, when this card is played, does it immediately get the ability of the last spell, or can it only copy spells played after the card is played. Also, what is the cost of the card's ability, and does it match the element of the copied spell?

btw.  i still don't want to change this thing into true permanent.   i just love to see it as weapon even if it have no atk.   harder to mass it, but stronger when you can do it.

it can only copy spell played after the card come in to play.   the cost of card ability and the element is the same as original spell.  (1 for nightmare)

I suppose if it is made a normal permanent it could be subject to abuse (imagine having 6 of these active and bolting the enemy to death), whereas if this was considered a weapon only one could be in play at once (with exception of flying weapon) and this form of card abuse would be lessened.
