TuckingFypo. Willing to give credit, just give me a link.
NOTES:
For some clarification, this is how this card would work.  You play this card.  The card "memorizes what is on both sides of the field: creatures and permanents, with all their buffs.  When you use this card's ability, that player's field gets turned back into what the field was the turn this card was played.  It will only affect one side.

Things that aren't affected are the player's quanta pool, health, deck, and weapon/shield slots (you carry those with you when you travel, I guess).

If you play two of these, though on different turns, both will send the target to the turn the most recent Gate was played in.
SERIES:
I really don't know if this card is overpowered as it is.  It's quite expensive to play, so you can't play this when no one has anything out yet, and use it on your opponent to basically screw him over.  It is however very versatile; it can be used as CC, PC, or when your opponent RoF'ed your swarm of Deja Vu's or something.  Feedback would be appreciated. :)

What happens to cards that weren't on the field when this card is played? Destroys them? OP. Even a mass Rewind is terrible. Maybe if they are delayed for as many turns had passed before they had come into play since this card was played...

@Nepycros  Yes, all of those cards are destroyed.  But it's not like all is lost the moment this card comes into play.  You can prepare for it; if the opponent plays one, you'll probably not summon all of your creatures at once.  You can use PC on it.  You can try to wreck your opponent's field so that s/he's forced  to use it on him/herself instead of you.  The card is pretty expensive; even if it's the first thing the opponent tries to get out, you can at least play a few pillars and maybe one or two crucial creatures.

Getting delayed does sound interesting, though.  I hope I'll get more opinions on this. xD

@EmeraldTiger  I didn't consider that. xD I don't know any coding though, so I can't really respond.

Then it is OP. No matter how many precautions, this is a mass insta-kill card.
