So if I'm running Mono-light and have just 50 Light Quanta then i'm doing 25 damage?

And if I've got 1 of every element iI'm doing -5 damage?

Mono dark can generate a lot of darkness very quickly, and these weapons pretty much overpower firey

This sword looks a lot like Lobotomizer to me.  I thought the ark's would be....arc-like or curved like a scimitar.  That'd be cool.  But don't look at me--I have *zero* drawing/graphics skillz.

To address Kael's concerns, you may want to put a minimum damage on it (like 3).

I agree with assassim, the weapon is way overpowered in a mono deck. of course, the idea is nice to force player to play mono decks again, but this makes it much to easy and would kill every afford to make a fahrenheit deck...
