ART:

Created using Hexagon and Bryce7
IDEA:
OdinVanguard
NOTES:
"Today everything just seems to fall into place"

"Some assembly required"

Lets a player replicate a permanent… provided they have enough spare parts (aka scrap-piles)

… what are scrap piles?
Spoiler for Scrap-Pile card:

Between this card and scrap-pile's innate quanta generation ability, it should be possible to use any shield or weapon in a gravity deck… of course, it will take a lot more effort than it would if you used the element it came from, but that's the price of versatility.

Permanents that have no cast cost will not require any scrap-piles.

When used on a scrap pile, it basically just lets you pull an additional pile out (mainly only useful when you need more piles in a pinch).

Whether the glass is half full or half empty is a moot point. It is always filled to the brim. It is only a matter of by what. The real question is: What fills you?
If your zombie plan is
kill -9 `ps l | awk '{print $2" "$3" "$9}' | grep "Z" | awk '{printf("%s ",$2)}'`
You might be a unix junky

What's the difference between scrap and scrap piles? Occasionally you refer to them as different things

Scrap is just a reference to 1 unit from a scrap pile, like the difference between quanta pool and quanta... I guess that is a little confusing though.
