here is my new idea for

Grant Earth cost 3
Creature gains 1 Burrow: and +0/+3

Infuse Earth cost 4
Creature gains 2 Dig Deep: (Burrow and Generate Earth)

seems fair enough. i cant think of anything really for earth right now. this one seems to work for now. idk about giving burrow to any creature though.
