Ah yes, giving Dive has been discussed before. It has been proposed that the cost would increase with the power of the creature, but it's still definitely abusable with buffing and Parallel Universe in mind.
How about giving a Gust skill? Delays one creature for one turn and deals 1 damage for 3-4
Would probably need a new mechanic that's not like Delay, but rather like Swept Away or something, but with the same effect as Delay+1 damage. I dunno. I'm in a silly mood tonight.
