NOTES:
"Today is a great day to be ALIVE"

"Go forth and MULTIPLY!"

A life themed answer to creature destruction tactics. The idea is to overwhelm decks that rely on creature control cards with sheer numbers... which is one of life's quintessential themes.

Note that the main difference between upgraded and unpgraded versions is that the unpgraded version may backfire since it will also help your opponent (e.g. if facing a fractal spark or fractal RoL deck), while the upgraded version will only affect its owner.

When a player owns / is affected by multiple glyphs, only the percentage is additive. I.e. a player will not be able get multiple creatures / draws per creature played.
The chance modifier adds multiplicatively:
unupgraded:  20.00%, 36.00%, 48.80%, 59.04%, 67.23%, 73.79% <-|player deck limit| 79.03%, 83.22%, 86.58%, 89.26%, 91.41%, 93.13%
upgraded:      25.00%, 43.75%, 57.81%, 68.36%, 76.27%, 82.20% <-|player deck limit| 86.65%, 89.99%, 92.49%, 94.37%, 95.78%, 96.83%

Affordable means that the player would have enough quanta to play the chosen creature card if it were in their hand at that moment.
E.g. if a player had 0 quanta after playing their creature and this triggered, then either a spark, photon, or (maybe?) a malignant cell would get put into their deck.

The upgrade level of the creature selected will match the upgrade level of the creature that was played. E.g. if you play an upgraded creature, then an upgraded creature will get shuffled to your deck.

Does this add a card to the deck? "Shuffle a card into the deck" is vague. If so replace "shuffle .. into" with "add .. to" to save space.
Can this exceed 6 copies of a card?

shuffling isn't the same as adding, considering rt.

also, I think that this card should actually have synergy with creature-producing creatures, since that is linked to :life.
I don't think it'll be OP, considering all the high quanta costs. The only potential candidate with this addition is mitorols with leaf dragon.

edit: actually, malignant cells might be OP, but one can only hold 8 cards in hand.

@OldTrees  Yes, 'shuffle a card into deck' is meant to indicate that a new card is added to the deck at a random location. This was intended, ad dragtom mentioned, to differentiate the mechanic from rewind which adds the creature to the top of the deck.
It could indeed allow  deck to contain more than six copies of a card, although controlling that would be a bit difficult since the creature picked could be anything that the owner has enough quanta to cast.

@dragtom I originally wanted to do just thst, but i thought it might end up a bit op wuth mal cell as you mention... I tend to er on the up side though, so I'll see if I can reword it it to function the way you mention.

shuffling isn't the same as adding, considering rt.

I think that is "add to top" vs "add". Especially since RT uses very specific language about it being "the first card of the creature owner's deck". Personally I would expect the default meaning of "add" to any concealed ordered set to be adding to a random place in that set.

Plus the current card text of "shuffle to the deck" really needs to go. The reader needs to know what happens to the card more than they need to know that the card will dance to get there.

okay, wording updated... any balancing / mechanics issues or concerns?

okay, wording updated... any balancing / mechanics issues or concerns?

Mechanical concerns:
None. The card is functional and well tuned to its role.

Balance-able issues:
None. By making it only a chance to work per trigger you have an easily scaled balancing tool.

Balance thoughts:
It is a one card engine (creature card in hand + quanta -> creature card in hand) that produces one of the kinds of fuel it uses. As such it can be roughly compared to a generator (+1 creature card to hand per turn)** but can be best tested in practice rather than in theory.

However the theoretical comparison** would be vs 20%*(Golden Hourglass + 2 Time Factories) |  25%*(Electrum Hourglass + 1 Time Factory). To which it looks like it is with the margin of error with a slight bias towards the underpowered side.

**Making allowances for engines being limited by the 2nd fuel source rather than limited to 1 use per turn.
