I luv Final Fantasy, therefor i thought about a Creature like Shiva. Maybe call it "Ice Goddess" as well.

Here my first stats:

Cost: 8 - 10  :water

Skill: "Ice Bold" ( same as Spellcard)  ----> Cost : 5 :water ( cuz' normal Ice bold cost would be way too strong i guess)

idk bout it. Feel free to tweak costs

but a damage on a stick that has no limit AND can freeze, is waaaay to OP no matter what the price is

I think you have the right idea in, but it needs to be different.  You basically just took Arctic Squid and superpowered it.  Rethink your idea, and make an actual card out of it.
