The upped creates a quantum tower, which immediately generates quanta as if it had just been played. SERIES:

This card should facilitate rainbow decks using pillars or pendulums, allowing new reliable quanta bases.

It has synergy with immolation, nova, and supernova. It can also be used as protection vs. devourers in mono earth.

when used with adren, does it turn 4 pillars/pends into quantum pillars?

i would actually see myself using this card to fix some rainbow problems. pillars and pends to get some necessary quanta then gemcrafter-adren to change them into rainbow makers.

I think this card uses a "target" ability, and is an ability you have to activate, so it isn´t effected by Adrenalin right now.

I can see why. Do you have any ideas on what would make the upped more appealing? Is the unupped too cheap?

You could make the upped make quantum towers, generating extra quanta on use. Since it's random quanta anyway, it shouldn't be too abusable anyway.

I took Fippe94's suggestion and made the upped create quantum towers.
