I guess it's good, I can't see any problems with it to be honest.  Could be crucible ready if you didn't use copyright art.

On the website, it doesn't say it's free to take, instead it gives you an option to pay for it. Which means it is copyrighted, which means if Elements uses this card, Elements could get sued.

At the moment Elements it's not using this picture in the game...it's only here in the forum...does it count?

Any picture that is copyright, requires payment, or is protected along the lines of fine print, will make the card unable to enter the game until proper imagery is found.  You can do this by requesting art on our forum, searching for stock-free images, or use photobucket.

Understood...but my question was...it's a problem if i'm using this picture only here? I hope no...

If this card will ever added in the game, i promise i'll pay the picture cost (just a gift to the game from Spike...)
