Actually I think sparktal is not a problem because this card probably wont influence the TTW much (sparktal is just to fast), while it offers nothing but additional dmg and might even end up clogging your hand. Maybe in a patient rol hope deck it might dish dmg a bit too fast, but therefore you will have to give up other support cards (I just dont really think it will allow beating former unbeatable decks; if you cant get the hope shield to work against your opponent you will loose either way and else you will almost always win and this card doesnt change that). Either way I think that the upgraded version is weaker than the unupped (I know it has better stats and synerges with costier creatures, but you dont use costy creatures in a swarm deck). You might think about switching unupped and upped card and/or give it bonus stats depending on the total cost of your other creatures.
