Lol, I not only dislike this type of nerfing technique (let's make needlessly complex by making it scale to some ambiguous variable that the user can control by deck-building properly) but am also confused by how a ghost mace somehow gets sharper the more ghosts are nearby.

Destroy rather than scramble quanta may be enough on its own. The buff it receives from a Growing army is not necessary and has higher risks of unbalance.

I believe that a combination of simple, familiar mechanics (the primary mechanic of quanta destruction supported by a mechanic that gives quanta destruction a unique flavor) is enough to show quanta destruction in a new light.
