Isn't that too little you are heal, even when you are light pillars with rustler deck? I would increase it to 2 heals per quantum generated and add in a "Shield:" in the card text to make it consistent with the other shields

I don't think it's UP. It's OP.
If you have more than 5 pillars out from the required elements, you are healing more than a SoG.

Hmm... a bit mix now...


I am thinking if you go with a light/rustler or even a firefly/rustler deck, you might generate about 7-9 hp a turn. 
A mixed water type might get you 4-6 hp a turn.

It its too OP, than could up the cost to make it harder to set it up.  If its UP, than lower the cost or up the HP healed.

I like this mechanic but it seems OP.

Why not have it trigger every N  :water quanta
(each  :water quanta would increase a variable by 1 and after N it heals 1hp and resets)

5-10 hp per turn depending on the number of pillars you've got is actually not much for a shield, as far as I'm concerned all other shields are far more effective. I think its totally fine if not even slightly UP

I think I might add something to it.. but need some suggestion.

Right now its mostly effective with light deck.  rustler and bioluminescence can top it to 10+ heal a turn. 
(but I think its still balance, since the setup is not easiest to do)

However, currently, that is only in a upgraded version. 
Also would like to add in the Earth quantum in too.

so here are 2 possibility I am think of.

Life Tree:
Each time you generate a Light quantum, you are heal for 1HP. 

World Tree:
Each time you generate a Light, Water, or Earth quantum, you are heal for 1HP.

OR

Life Tree:
Each time you generate a Water or Earth quantum, you are heal for 1HP. 

World Tree:
Each time you generate a Light, Water, Earth quantum, you are heal for 1HP.

Also might change the name too, to better show its a shield... which name you like better?

I suggest you increase the cost but allow the shield to also count Life quanta, since it is of its element.  Also, let both versions have Life, Light, and Water.  Just make the upgraded version a bit more cheaper.  You could argue that Earth should be another one of the elements, but I can do just the same for Fire, Air, Death, and Time.  Maybe even for the other elements if given enough time.
This isn't heavily over powered as it doesn't reduce damage.  Reducing damage is better for a lot of small hitters (Skull Shield vs a lot of Malignant Cells), while healing is better for a heavy hitter (Abomination vs Shard of Gratitude; overall 0 net change =D).  Like most cards, this is situational.
Anyways, other than what I've previously said, great idea!! ^^  Just find a better picture and I'd be totally fine with whatever you decide, as long as you keep the whole healing thing going =P.  Also, I like World Tree, but maybe Tree of Life? xD  Cheesy, no? ^^
.... These are some new ideas if you want to change how the healing goes.  You could make it the reversal of Fahrenheit and make it heal x/5 (doesn't have to be 5 but it's an example =P) where x is the number of :life you have, and make it have an upkeep of a few :life quanta.  Or you can make it so the elements build upon each other.  If you have Life quanta it heals for 3, if you have Life + Light it heals for 9 and if you have all 3 it heals for 27 (ie the general formula is 3^n, where n is the number of the 3 elements you have).  Encouraging Trios!! =D  Unfortunately it also buffs up Rainbow =P
