Ahem.
Typo there: Prodcues instead of Produces.
As your description says: "it would require a gravity card heavy deck to function effectively because it only produces quanta when gravity cards are played."
Okay, I get it's time and time can build effective big decks which would allow this to work. But, are you expecting me to believe that I can make an effective Pharaoh deck with this? Either it has TONS of Gravity creatures and just 6 Pharaohs plus some HG's PLUS an alternate

generation source because this card alone as a

producer is not very effective, and as you mentioned, playing Gravity cards is kind of costly, or it becomes kind of UP during the game because Gravity cards. So, a deck.... I'm thinking a deck with 6 of this card, Pharaohs, Mark of Gravity, perhaps scarabs,

generators, Momentum and Chargers, HG's, or whatever else could go. Buuut that's just me.
Besides, "This card is also meant to encourage gravity time duos as it also has strong potential as a time quanta source." Encourage Gravity Duos? That smells a bit like a group, there. This literally forces a Time-Gravity duo! It could be a mono by using the

on this card only, but then again, that's just me.
If anybody might correct me on something I did not come through, you are welcome.
