Great card :)  I think it should either cost more, maybe 8//7 (like sky blitz/fractal/miracle do) or else last for 1 less turn, as I think it is undercosted.  The card idea itself though should definitely be kept.

And yeah, I suppose since Sanctuary protects against Silence, it should protect against this, too, although neither Silence nor this actually modify the hand in any way, they prevent cards from being played, which is actually the opposite.

I would prefer that when Sanctuary's protection status comes into effect, the Frozen Hand effect will be removed.

Great card :)  I think it should either cost more, maybe 8//7 (like sky blitz/fractal/miracle do) or else last for 1 less turn, as I think it is undercosted.  The card idea itself though should definitely be kept.
I don't know about it costing too little atm. It costs the same as silence, but this doesn't force otherwise-unnecessary discards. In addition, you rarely need to play more than one card per turn unless you were severely underquanta'd before.

It's a current mechanic in the game and would make the card require some sort of water generation instead of 2 supernovas.

Many decks rely on playing several cards a turn. Especially if you combo this with an eternity and butterfly'd creature. Take cooldown into consideration and your opponent is very much screwed. PC is multipurpose and a staple in most decks. It's a lot less OP than them literally having no way to get around the 24 turn chain.

I still dislike it.

Unprotected Eternity AND nonquinted Butterfly Effect creature AND 6 Frozen Hands constitutes to an OP combo? Please, at least be serious with your examples. With that type of quanta production, you could just as easily set-up an OTK.
