I feel that it's UP currently. If you gave it a 'Garvity Pull' effect for PC targeting, then it would have a bit more use, since there's no gifting in the game for this to combo with. Although that only adds Steal, which isn't much.

Also, the cost for the upped is probably fine at 3 , because of the situational-ness of it being destroyed purposely (Though this could possibly be exploited by the AI's intelligence level). Perhaps better yet, have it come into play on the opponent's side of the field, instead of making an extra card to 'Gift' it.

Yeah, that's an issue, but I didn't want to make the text any wordier than it is now.  Aside from that, I can think of some merit for it as a stalling card.  At least delaying deck out.

When destroyed, add Eternal Matryoshka to your hand instead of drawing next turn.  Take 5 damage if discarded.

The problem with that reduction is that it doesn't include the fact that it stays on the field for only one turn.

On another note, what if there was a choice to play it in the opponent's permanent area?  Would that be possible?
