Wow neat. This would be immensely helpful in mono rushes and whatnot.

Nice rush card. It seems strong enough to be used in rushes but not OP.

Thematic, useful, probably not OP. I don't really like the spending quanta to make quanta, though. It could just as well be a free card. Card advantage is pretty important and Mono-Air isn't all that hot anyways.
