3 |2 + 1 card + duo = 5 cost units to pay for Permanent -> 6|6 Creature.
5 |4 + 2 cards = Delay target permanent for 6 turns.
3 |2 + 2 |1 + duo + 2 cards = Destroy target permanent costing 4 or less.

Sounds like a fair start. The major problem is the Buff usage >> PC usage

Having it come out with Cost-1|Cost-1 might help that.

yeah, i was trying to have it be functional on pillars/pends originally though, as they are the predominant permanent, -1 -1 may make more sense with other cards, would have it be cheaper if it were to go that way though.
