Horrible photoshop editing, but I tried my best :S and yeah, card art is YuGiOh, can't find suitable art :/

Basically allows creatures to use ability again. Can be casted on the turn the creature is played, therefore making it able to use its ability on the first turn, which can be game-deciding.

Frenzy/ paroxysm is too expensive and situational.

Too expensive or too situational!?!  I can see plenty of uses, and the fact that it doesn't require quanta really makes this card very strong, IMO.

Not situational at all. And it is colorless, so it can be put into any deck. Imagine, for one turn your Otyugh can devour TWO creatures.
