Terrorking, I do not need more ideas for Light and Fire.
I don't know what to give for Air permanent control. Disabling a permanent for a few turns seems like a Water ability, since it doesn't kill, but freezes things.
The shield disabling may actually be good... But it's still too similar to freezing...
How about an Air creature that gives other creatures Momentum?
Or, if something different than Momentum is preferred... I can invent something like Piercing; when the regular damage is blocked/stopped by any means, Piercing damage will be dealt to the opponent instead. I want this to be able to work through freezing and procrastination, so can anyone think of a logical explanation for Piercing to go through freezing?
