does using the ability give 2 death effects?
since technically (like visible with SoFo and virus) Tomb Raking is destroyed before the target permanent is.

if Tomb Raking is destroyed by other means, will this give a death effect?
be quick- time is quanta.

Why is one using a :fire skill cost while the other is a :death skill cost?
Not saying thats a horrible idea, I just don't see why it fits the card at the moment.
Whether the glass is half full or half empty is a moot point. It is always filled to the brim. It is only a matter of by what. The real question is: What fills you?
If your zombie plan is
kill -9 `ps l | awk '{print $2" "$3" "$9}' | grep "Z" | awk '{printf("%s ",$2)}'`
You might be a unix junky

Because I felt like it.
More importantly, I wanted the card to be able to trigger death effects by its own, but I didn't want to give :death PC. Stuck between these two options, I simply gave death PC upped but forced a death/fire duo unupped.
