Name is.... A bit to be desired. Why should I use this over SoSe?
Wow these are a tad expensive. Switch it to 5 | 5.
Also, for upped. Maybe make it heal 2 for each card added.

I think the cost is just fine for unupgraded. It has the potential to give you more than twice as many cards as SoSe, so costing 2x SoSe is reasonable.
The upgraded is a little on the pricey side though. I think it could be dropped to 7 or even stay at 6.
The 5HP per card boost translates into a maximum of 40 HP healed, but that is only in the event that your hand is empty.
Typically I think its reasonable to balance against a gain of roughly 4 to 5 cards (which is how I see fractal's card gain estimated).
This would be okay (maybe a bit UP still) except that you have just as much of a chance of nuking yourself instead... in fact, at 50% chance the effect will have an expected value of 0 HP gain / loss, so it is safe to say that the effect has a card cost value of 0.
In summary. keep the unupped cost where it is or maybe drop it to 5 and make the upped cost match.
I do agree with the other members that this effect is still a little too similar to SoSe.
