So it seems like everyone likes this card idea and I've gotten some good feedback for it... but what exactly can I do to improve it?

People have said change it to :water, but then it's on element with all the freezing cards.

It was originally made in Light because of the rules for the Mash-up Competition, so it is open to being changed.

Here are the best choices I could come up with:
:earth a Yeti could live in a cave
:gravity they're big (other than that??)
:life it's a creature (but this would seem like bigfoot territory)
:light they're white (and maybe 'pure'??) and they live in the white snow
:time they're ancient
:water obv they live in the snow

let me know, maybe I'll put up a poll if we can't decide :)
Perhaps this will help?

The word Yeti is derived from Tibetan: གཡའ་དྲེད་; Wylie: g.ya' dred), a compound of the words Tibetan: གཡའ་; Wylie: g.ya' "rocky", "rocky place" and (Tibetan: དྲེད་; Wylie: dred) "bear".[5][6][7][8][9] Pranavananda[5] states that the words "ti", "te" and "teh" are derived from the spoken word 'tre' (spelled "dred"), Tibetan for bear, with the 'r' so softly pronounced as to be almost inaudible, thus making it "te" or "teh".
It would seem to me this belongs with either Earth or Life. I would suggest Life, as the synergy is already there. Also, the Yeti is a cryptid, on the same par as werewolves and elves. This might fit neatly into Entropy too.

Name: I'm bad for it myself, and I know you like that crown (;)) but I think we can do better than "King." There's Abominable Snowman, Sasquatch, Bigfoot...the wiki article actually has tonnes more in some other languages that sound kind of neat too. Just sayin' is all.

Other than that, I kind of remain unimpressed with this card. I like the idea, I think a Yeti needs to be in Elements, but it just doesn't do it for me. Rewind is cool on a Mummy because the Mummy turns into something new. This is just an extravagant growth. Don't get me wrong, I'm not knocking the card, I just think it can be done differently. If you're looking to use the Freeze as anti-CC, perhaps have it do something a little more drastic. I dunno...something like: "If this creature would be frozen it gains +5|+5 for one turn," or something to that effect. Have it turn into an Abominable Snowman if frozen, dig?

I reiterate: I like this idea. I just think it needs some oomph :)
"A kind of synthesis, but with some elements that perhaps you wouldn't have expected in advance. I always like that when that happens, when something comes that is more than the sum of the parts." —Evan Parker
