For you AND you opponent. And until you don't have 4-5 out you can't hope to deck him out effectively. And you get pwned every turn, because he can throw his full card setup on the ground in 2-3 turns with that much drawpower.

But his setup will go to waste with your Sundales/Phaseshields, especially Phaseshields on PA when you get to them. You don't have anything against doing Quantum Tower.
