So it expires in 1 turn, and is a static 25% chance no matter the damage? That's how I interpret the text, which means it's extremely weak. Like the concept though, but I would rather see a new Shockwave effect that does 0 or 1 damage and still works with Freeze. Even that would probably be too strong, however.

um...  this card will make SW by the time that you received dmg in that turn.  it will have a greater effect if your enemy have so many little creature that do only little dmg to you.

It should be able to cast Shockwave to the creatures that damages you, of course, with higher cost

generate? ah yes..  you can say that generate new card into your deck.  and as $$$man said.  it's already have mindgate that generate your enemy card into your hand.

Mkay, so it's a 25% chance for every attack. That makes a large difference.
Also, yes, you will have to generate Shockwaves in your hand, not your deck. Otherwise this would screw you up most of the time due to not being able to draw anything but Shockwaves, one after one, and would be a rather overpowered way to prevent deckout.

yes   large different  and that why i'm make it last in your field only 1 turn.   if it be more than that  you'll can't draw anything but SW.  and i'm don't think you can win with this card

btw...  this card have a little synergy with time card

This card generates a card that (probably) isn't in your deck or opponent's deck :O This is a different type of generating

Over all not a bad idea and with the wording lets see if this helps.

If you have it placed randomly in the dack it won't stack on top and it'll still add cards to you so you won't deckout.
